1. Acceptance
By using Kids Color Station, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
Kids Color Station provides:
- A curated library of individual printable coloring pages (PNG)
- Printable Packs as downloadable PDF sets
- Custom Create, which generates a custom coloring-page preview
The library is the primary product. Custom Create and Printable Packs support that library. Features may change as the service develops.
3. Accounts and limits
You can browse the library and download many pages without an account. Custom Create is available without signing in, subject to a lower daily generation limit. Signing in with Google may increase that daily limit. An adult should handle Google sign-in when the service is used for a child.
4. License to use pages
Unless a specific page or pack says otherwise, Kids Color Station grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and print library coloring pages and Printable Packs for personal, non-commercial use. That includes printing for children in your care at home, during homeschool activities, or in a classroom you teach — provided you do not sell the files, claim them as your own product, or redistribute the digital files as a collection or download.
Custom Create outputs are likewise for personal, non-commercial printing unless Kids Color Station gives written permission for another use.
Attorney review item: finalize classroom vs personal-use wording sitewide (FAQ still uses narrower “at home” language and should be aligned in a later pass). Commercial licensing remains unavailable without explicit permission.
5. Custom Create rules
You are responsible for the prompts and any images you submit. Do not request or upload unlawful, infringing, hateful, sexual, violent, or otherwise inappropriate content. Kids Color Station may refuse, moderate, or remove generations and may limit or suspend access for misuse.
Custom Create uses third-party generation tools. Results can vary, and we do not guarantee that every prompt will succeed or match your expectations.
6. Ownership
Kids Color Station and its licensors own the website, branding, curated library presentation, and site software. Downloading a page does not transfer copyright ownership of the artwork or the site to you — only the limited print license above.
Feedback you send may be used to improve the service without obligation to you.
7. Prohibited use
- Selling or relicensing Kids Color Station files or generated pages
- Scraping the library or packs to build a competing archive
- Attempting to disrupt or overload the service
- Using Custom Create for unlawful or abusive content
- Misrepresenting affiliation with Kids Color Station
8. Availability
The service may be interrupted, changed, or discontinued without notice. External services (hosting, authentication, image generation, forms, analytics) may affect availability.
9. Disclaimers
Kids Color Station is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kids Color Station is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the service. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places, liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed.

11. Changes
We may update these Terms. The effective date above will change when we do. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms for later use.
